Andy Ho has the regional security responsibility in the Asia Pacific locations where IBM has services business operations. Being in the security profession for 20 plus years, Andy has been responsible for performing and managing a wide range of security consulting, investigative tasks including risk and threat assessments, security surveys, security briefings, crisis management and emergency response planning program.

As a veteran of the IT and Internet industry in Hong Kong, Mr. Charles Mok has been serving on many key government advisory bodies in multiple policy areas.
Chester Soong
Managing Director, Security Consulting Services Ltd.

Chester was formerly the Director of Certification Services and currently serves as a member of the Asian Advisory Board and CBK Committee for (ISC)². He started his own ISP outfit back in 1994, and was working for Citibank N/A as a Project Officer before that. Chester graduated from California State University, Fullerton with double majors in Information Systems and Finance. He was certified as CISSP in 1997; the first to pass the CISSP exam in Asia.
Cypri YU
Technical Account Manager, Asia Pacific, Qualys, Inc.

Cypri helps clients to strengthen their information security posture by mitigating the risks from internal and external attacks targeting computing systems, network devices, and web applications. He also helps clients to ensure and demonstrate compliance with various internal policies and external regulations, such as PCI DSS compliance. Cypri is a CISSP and a CISA. He speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Dale is an energetic and motivated individual committed to the advancement of information security, risk management, governance, compliance and IT auditing throughout his 25+ year full-time CSO professional career across a variety of industry sectors. Dale was formally a representative to the Australian Government Protection for the National Information Infrastructure Council and the inaugural Chairman of the Australian Information Security Interest Group. Dale is very well known internationally throughout the information security community and is an active representative on Australian and International Standards bodies.

Frank Chow is the Vice-Chairman of Professional Information Security Association (PISA), and he is also actively involved in a number of professional associations.
Prof. Patrick CHAU Yam-keung
Vice President (Professional Development), Hong Kong Computer Society; Professor, Information Systems at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Hong Kong

Dr. Patrick Chau obtained his doctorate from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. At HKU, his teaching and research interests are in management of information systems, supply chain management and e-commerce. In addition to his teaching and research work, he has directed the undergraduate business programs of the University for four years from 2001 to 2005.
Richard KERSHAW

Richard specializes in forensic technology and investigations with extensive experience in Asia. He specializes in computer forensic strategies for international regulatory matters, investigations, and cross border civil litigation, including aspects of privacy laws and safe harbour requirements. He is President, High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) Asia Pacific Chapter. Teaching credentials include US University of Virginia Law School on cross-border e-discovery, UK University of Glamorgan MSc (Computer Forensics) and US National College of District Attorneys on computer evidence.
Thomas PARENTY
Managing Director, Parenty Consulting Limited

Thomas Parenty has 25 years of experience in the information security field. He has designed and evaluated the information security protection of numerous national and global systems, including those for banking, electronic commerce, credit card processing, manufacturing, healthcare, and nuclear command and control. He has testified five times before the United States Congress on global economic and security issues. Harvard Business School Press published his book, Digital Defence: What You Should Know About Protecting Your Company’s Assets.
